Paul has 25+ years of experience in the field of electronic control systems. Control systems ranging from aircraft autopilot systems to boom lift safety and control systems to concrete & asphalt paver control systems.

After dedicating many years to product development engineering and product quality analysis, Paul has focused on QC / QA tools to be used in the asphalt construction industry since 2009. As Product Manager for the MOBA Pave-IR system, he has worked with Texas Transportation Institute, numerous DOT engineers and other experts across the globe in the field of asphalt road construction. In this time as Pave-IR product manager Paul has become one of the world’s experts in the study and effects of thermal segregation in HMA road construction.

In the U.S. he continues to work with the Federal Highway Administration, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials and numerous state agencies towards development / implementation strategies and specifications in regards to nondestructive test methods in asphalt paving. Outside of the U.S. he continues to work towards implementation with agencies in the UK, the Russian Federation and the People’s Republic of China.
